What is the usual timescale for deliveries? Your order will usually be delivered between 3 - 7 days. Please note that during our busy period (Sept - Nov), it may take a little longer.
Can I send the package to an alternative address? No. The package will be sent to the address registered with your credit / debit card.
How do I change my registered address details if I move home? In case of a change of address, please send us a message with your new details and we will change them on our system.
Can I exchange or return an item? Yes. You have 14 days from the date that you recieved the package to choose to exchange the item or to request a refund.
