What is the usual timescale for deliveries? Your order will usually be delivered between 3 - 7 days. Please note that during our busy period (Sept - Nov), it may take a little longer.

Can I send the package to an alternative address? No. The package will be sent to the address registered with your credit / debit card.

How do I change my registered address details if I move home? In case of a change of address, please send us a message with your new details and we will change them on our system.

Can I exchange or return an item? Yes. You have 14 days from the date that you recieved the package to choose to exchange the item or to request a refund.

Can I trust the stock levels shown on the homepage? Yes. The stock levels shown are usually accurate.

I am an English speaker living in a Nordic country. Am I able to place my order through the EU homepage? Unfortunately not, but please feel free to browse the EU homepage if you require product information in English before placing your order throught the relevant homepage for your country.
